Raise a 'Notice of Correction' or dispute directly with the credit reference agency (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) and the lender.
The lender has 28 days to respond. If they don't or you disagree with the outcome, you can escalate to the Information Commissioner's Office or the Financial Ombudsman.
